CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Dr. Keith Colbert currently serves as an Assistant Superintendent in Clayton County Public Schools, focusing on school leadership and improvement. Dr. Colbert has served as both a high school and middle school principal, as well as an assistant principal at Mundy’s Mill High School. His experience also includes roles as a coach and a teacher. Dr. Colbert holds a Doctorate of Education from Nova Southeastern University, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Troy State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from LaGrange College. To further his passion for working with young adults, he pursued additional qualifications at the State University of West Georgia, where he obtained a Middle Grades Teacher Certification.

Robert Rumley
Rob Rumley, Managing Director, is a wealth advisor with William Blair’s Private Wealth Management group. He utilizes the firm's global resources to provide clients with integrated wealth management solutions, including investment management, comprehensive wealth planning, and corporate and executive services. Before joining William Blair, Rob was a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley and previously with Merrill Lynch, where he was a member of the firm's executive club and National Diversity Council. He began his career in 2001 with UBS Paine Weber.
Rob is a member of the board of trustees for the Interdenominational Theological Center and is actively involved in multiple philanthropic endeavors. He has chaired the Atlanta Housing Authority's board of commissioners, served on the board of trustees of The Galloway School, and was a regional board member of Operation Hope. Rob is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Buckhead. His awards for charitable work include the Black History Harvest Community Leadership, the HBCU Power Award, and the Lifetime Achievement Morehouse College Upward Bound.
Rob graduated from Georgia State University with an M.S. in finance and from Morehouse College with a B.A. in finance and economics. He resides in Buckhead with his wife and three children.

TREASURER
Tony Smalls III
Anthony "Tony" Smalls, III began his professional accounting career in the Atlanta office of Deloitte. During his six years at Deloitte, Tony served clients in the Audit practice and worked as a Senior Consultant in the Management Solutions & Services Practice. He has over 26 years of accounting, finance, tax strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and contract/deal negotiation experience.
Since 2000, Tony has gained extensive expertise serving in Business Operations Manager, Business Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer roles for business entities, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, and high-net-worth individuals in the sports and entertainment industries. His experience includes seeking, structuring, negotiating, and evaluating investment opportunities and joint venture deals.
He has also worked with due diligence legal teams on prospective company investments which include Television Production, Medical Practices, Live Tours, Real Estate Development, Construction, Restaurant Holdings, and Not-for-Profits. His previous roles also included creating and managing wealth strategies, managing and leading the personal and business interest of individuals in the sports, fashion, music, and film industries.

Tony is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), a summa cum laude graduate of Morehouse College earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, he has written questions for the national CPA exam. He serves on the Supreme Foundation, Inc. which is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and mentoring youth and preparing high school students to be successful leaders in business and industry.
Tony resides in Lake Spivey, Georgia, with his wife and youngest son. His eldest son, Jordan, plays D1 college basketball.

Akeia Johnson
Akeia Johnson is a freelance Project Manager responsible for planning and managing the execution of several company initiatives by developing project scope, reporting and implementing process improvements.
Her mission is to empower business owners to make simple process changes that lead to substantial impacts.
Akeia currently holds a position as an in-store Project Integration Manager at a leading home improvement retailer, where she has achieved several milestones over the past 7 years of her career.
When not hard at work strategizing projects, she enjoys cooking and traveling.
ACTING MEMBER
Vincent Fraley Sr.
He is an alumnus of Appalachian State University, where he studied from 1992 to 1994 and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice. During his time there, Vinson was a proud member of the Appalachian State football team. Prior to his tenure at Appalachian State, he attended North Greenville Junior College from 1990 to 1992, where he earned an Associate of Science degree and played on the 1991 undefeated football team.
Vinson's professional career includes time spent in the Arena Football League:

1995 – 1996: Memphis Pharaohs, Memphis, Tennessee.

1997: Florida Bobcats, West Palm Beach, Florida.
Vinson has also dedicated 12 years to coaching little league sports including basketball, baseball, and football.
Most notably, he coached little league football with the Central Dekalb Jaguars in Stone Mountain, Georgia. This program is recognized as one of the premier little league programs in the nation, known for producing numerous Division I college and NFL players. Among those he has coached are Dylan and DJ Wonnum, in collaboration with Dennis Sr.

Vinson finds joy in spending time with his family and friends and is an avid sports fan.
